You can see that I offer a range of therapy services which reflect my knowledge and interest in the complex and fascinating relationship between body heart mind spirit soul.

I am an experienced counsellor, integrative body psychotherapist, biodynamic massage therapist  and mindfulness teacher working with adults in Hastings .
